Meet our new Market Research and Analytics Division

Our team is committed to helping communities and organizations achieve their goals. We’ve recently decided to take that commitment a step further by launching a new Market Research and Analytics division. We comb through data every day to help our clients tackle their biggest questions. This new division will give them the clarity, context, and insight they need to make informed decisions.

As with all of our work, our Research and Analysis projects are tailored to the unique needs of our clients. Headed by Chris Bandak, a recognized expert with more than 20 years of experience in the market research industry, the division uses variety of leading-edge collection and analysis solutions.

The new division provides project research support for our work in general and expands our consulting services to include:

  • Citizen engagement and citizen satisfaction research to help municipalities understand local challenges, concerns, and opportunities.
  • Industry research to help businesses answer their most pressing questions on pricing, media attitudes, and useage.

As part of our multidisciplinary team, the Market Research and Analytics division will bring together best practices in market research with our deep expertise in the fields of economic development, workforce development, cultural development, business development, and investment attraction to offer solutions that drive real change for our clients and their communities.
